Led by coach Karen Morgan and designed to complement your current indoor regiment, CORE training will improve your fitness, strength, balance and flexibility. Exercises will focus on core stability, increasing lean muscle mass, and improving power for rowing. Classes will also have a short erg component that compliments the weight training.
