Mondays and Wednesdays - Early morning erg sessions at GWC. Wake up and early and get the job done!
Tuesdays and Thursdays - Evening sessions at GWC. Tighten up your erg technique, Engage those long forgoten muscle groups with our FT program, and of course... ERG!
Saturdays - Join us on Saturday Mornings at the PIRC. Spend time on the ergs and work on rowing technique in the tanks.
