Kayaking and Canoeing


Fun For the Whole Family!

Spend a day on the Genesee River and the Erie Canal!  At GWC we provide renal options for freinds, families, and solos looking to get out and get active.  Our fleet of user freindly boats will have you paddling with ease on our waterways and navigating the river and canal like a pro in no time. Rentals include boat, paddle, & PFD.  Our helpful and knowledgeable staff will work through a safety breifing with you and teach you the in's and outs of paddling on the Genesee Before sending you off on your waterways adventure.

River Access for ALL!

No matter what your background, paddling is absolutely for you!  We pride ourselves in accessibility and our trained staff can help you get on the water with ease. We also have strong partnerships with ADA certified sporting groups like CP Rochester and Sportsnet that make it their life's work to keep everyone in motion.

Kayaks

Whether paddling solo or with a group as individuals we have a fleet of easy to use single kayaks fit for any ability level or body type.

 1/2 day (up to 3 hours) $25
 Full Day (3+ hours) $45

Canoes

Looking to paddle with a freind or loved one?  Maybe you are a family with a couple of small kids?  You will love our fleet of sturdy and comfortable Grumman Canoes.

 Half Day (up to 3 hours) price per boat $40
 Full Day (3+ hours) price per boat $75
