Coached Sculling (Experienced)

For folks who already have their sea legs, these sessions will focus on tuning in your technique and give you the chance to workout with other rowers under the keen eye of Coach Jeff.  We will be using video this year to process what is happening in the boat and provide feedback post practice as to how we can move your stroke to the next level.
